Mochdre Assault: Four Charged

Three men were remanded to appear before Llandudno Magistrates this morning (Wednesday, March 15th) having been charged following the wounding which occurred in Mochdre on Monday 13th March. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

18-year-old Jacko Lewis Jones of Old Colwyn has been charged with Section 18 wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

19-year-old Leighton Karl Jones of no fixed abode has been charged with Section 18 wounding with intent. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

18-year-old Marvin Lucas Jones of Mochdre has been charged with Section 18 wounding with intent. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

All three have since been further remanded to appear before Caernarfon Crown Court on April 15th. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A 47-year-old woman who was also arrested as part of the investigation has been charged with Section 39 common assault and Section 4 Public order. She has been bailed to appear before Llandudno Mags on April 12th. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
