Robbery Brynteg Wrexham Appeal

Police are appealing for information following a robbery at a shop in Brynteg, Wrexham last night. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The incident happened at the Premier Stores in Victoria Road, Brynteg, Wrexham, shortly after 9:30 pm Sunday February 5. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Three men entered the shop, one was armed with a knife and threatened staff, but no one was injured. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The suspects stole two tills and made off towards the Holbourn Crescent area. It is not known at this time if they had a car parked in the area. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

DS Anne-Louise Jones said, “Thankfully no one was hurt. This is the third such incident in a week, which we believe are linked. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
