North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision on the A499 near Pwllheli this morning, Thursday 1st December 2016 ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Sergeant Tony Gatley of the Roads Policing Unit, North Wales Police said “At approximately 11.40am this morning, North Wales Police and other emergency services responded to the scene of a road traffic collision on the A499 at Y Ffor near Pwllheli involving a red Toyota 4×4 and a Honda motorcycle.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“An investigation is underway and we’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or events leading up to it to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 and quote reference U181057. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
