38 year old man from Newport arrested for going equipped for theft

At around 2.50am this morning, officers noticed a man acting suspiciously on Risca Road in Newport. When they stopped him, he was found in possession of a screwdriver and chisel. He was arrested on suspicion of going equipped for theft. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
