4 Year Anniversary Of The Disappearance Of 77 Year Old Trevor Elias From Abertridwr

Today marks the 4 year anniversary of the disappearance of 77 year old Trevor Elias from Abertridwr and Gwent Police is re-appealing for anyone with information to get in touch with them. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Enquiries in to Trevor’s disappearance continue and we are appealing for anyone with information about Trevor’s last known whereabouts to come forward to see if they can offer any further information. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Officers are aware that on Thursday April 5th, 2012, Trevor was seen outside the Leigh Club between 11.15pm and 12.15am and before that had been at The Buffs Club on Abertridwr Square. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Trevor was seen on CCTV at 12.23am on Friday April 6th walking passed the Cenotaph in Senghenydd and heading down Commercial Street in the direction of Abertridwr. It is also known that two women were seen walking ahead of Mr Elias on Commercial Street toward Senghenydd Square at approximately 12.20am and these still haven’t been identified. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

It is also believed that three vehicles and a man would also have passed Trevor as they came up Commercial Street heading toward Abertridwr. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Trevor was reported missing on Saturday April 7th, 2012. He is described as being approximately six feet tall, of very thin build, and has brown short hair. He wears glasses. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

If anyone has any information about Trevor’s whereabouts that night or since they are asked to call Gwent Police on 101. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
