Appeal Follow An Alcohol Theft In Monmouth

Officers are keen to speak with the male pictured in relation to a theft of alcohol from a Waitrose store on Monnow Street in Monmouth.
The offence occurred at approximately 1:55pm on Saturday 4th February 2017.
