Get In Touch And Find It Easy To Make Their Views Known
It matters to North Wales Police that people know how to get in touch and find it easy to make their views known.
To make sure we are delivering the service you expect the Force carries out surveys with residents and those who have reported a crime or an incident in the area.
Now, in addition to these, the Force is piloting a scheme in the North Flintshire area designed to make it easier for people get in touch. At the end of three months the scheme will be evaluated with a view to being introduced in other areas.
The North Flintshire Safer Neighbourhood Team are distributing freepost post cards and posters advertising the scheme throughout the Holywell, Flint and Connah’s Quay areas.
Inspector Siobhan Edwards said: “We want to encourage people to contact us so that our Safer Neighbourhood teams and other departments have more of an insight and understanding about local priorities, public opinion and expectation. The information will support and inform North Wales police to shape and improve the way we deliver services and to ensure that we are communicating effectively with local people.”
