Following complaints from local residents about parking on the High Street, tackling this became a policing priority for local officers under the Your Voice initiative. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Offences witnessed included parking in a taxi rank, parking in a disabled bay without a disabled badge, parking in a controlled area of crossing and parking in a no waiting zone. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Officers will continue to monitor the situation and take any necessary action. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
