Prison Recall – 27 Year Old Richard Conibeer

We are appealing for information to locate 27 year old Richard Conibeer from Newport who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 23rd November 2015. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Conibeer received a 3 year sentence for drug offences. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that Conibeer, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions, he has been recalled to prison. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
