Prison Recall: Richard Conibeer

We’re appealing for information to locate 27 year old Richard Conibeer from Ringland in Newport who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 23rd November 2015. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Richard was serving a three year prison sentence for possession with intent to supply drugs. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that Richard has breached his licence conditions, he has been recalled to prison. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
