Public Misconduct Hearing – 15th March 2016

Police Constable Cooper will attend a Misconduct Hearing today in relation to five allegations of Gross Misconduct with regard to his conduct of an interview with a suspect in 2014 and information he gave to the Crown Prosecution Service and the Court about the interview and the investigation in 2014 and 2015. These allegations amount to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Honesty & Integrity and Discreditable Conduct. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
