Public Misconduct Hearing – April 19th 2016

A Police Constable will attend a Misconduct Hearing to answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Duties and Responsibilities, Fitness for Duty and Discreditable Conduct.
The Chair of the Misconduct Panel has taken representations from the interested parties and as a result has made the decision that the public and media will be not be given access to the hearing.
