Public Misconduct Hearing – April 19th 2016

A Police Constable will attend a Misconduct Hearing to answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a Breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Duties and Responsibilities, Fitness for Duty and Discreditable Conduct. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Chair of the Misconduct Panel has taken representations from the interested parties and as a result has made the decision that the public and media will be not be given access to the hearing. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
