Robbery At BP Petrol Station In Malpas, Newport

We’re appealing for information following a robbery which happened at the BP Petrol Station on Malpas Road in Newport, this morning at 4.10am. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

We are looking for four men in connection with this incident. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The first is described as white, wearing white trainers and a black Adidas hooded top with a grey panel on the chest and grey stripes. He was also wearing black tracksuit bottoms. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The second is described as white, wearing blue jeans, a black hooded shell type top and black gloves. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The third is described as possibly Asian, wearing army style trousers, a black parka jacket with a fur trim hood and black gloves. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The fourth is described as wearing light coloured trousers and a black puffa-style jacket with a red logo on the upper left chest area and a hood with white material underneath. He was also wearing black gloves. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

They were possibly seen leaving the area in a small red car. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

No one was harmed during the incident but the shop-keeper is understandably shaken. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
