Two Charged Following Drugs Warrant – Pontypool

Two men have been arrested and charged after a warrant was executed at two properties on George Street, Wainfelin, Pontypool yesterday. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A quantity of cannabis bush and over 400 cannabis plants were seized. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The two local men, aged 28 and 18, have been charged with producing a controlled drug of class B – cannabis, and remanded to appear at Newport Magistrates Court tomorrow morning. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
