UPDATE: Arrest Made After Two Robberies And A Burglary In Newport

Gwent Police have arrested a 32 year old male from the Newport area on suspicion of two robberies and a burglary. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The first robbery was along Tweedy Lane on 18 September 2016, the second robbery was in Hampden Court on 20th September 2016 and the burglary was in Llanwern Village on 8th September 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

He is currently in police custody pending further enquiries. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
