Gwent Police is reminding motorists that driving in an anti-social manner is a crime and can adversely affect local residents and visitors to the area. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Anti-social driving can range from careless driving to deliberate activity, including: speeding, thoughtless driving, loud stereos, noisy exhausts, handbrake turns or ‘donuts’, continuous lapping of an area, racing, wheel spinning, drink/drug driving, tailgating, use of a mobile phone whilst driving and driving a vehicle in an unsafe condition. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
