See Margam Country Park as you’ve never seen it before with the free Discover Margam app, an interactive guide to the sights, sounds, secrets and surprises of the park. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Using a map of the park, the app displays a variety of points of interest in different categories. After choosing history, natural history, TV & Film or Activity (or all four!), the map will direct you to interesting areas such as Doctor Who’s filming locations, rare deer breeds, fairytale cottages, castle ghosts and much more! ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

As you ‘Discover Margam’ you can answer questions and take part in physical and photo overlay challenges to earn points. Along the way, you can collect ‘badges’ and work your way up the leaderboard as you work towards the ultimate award of ‘Margam Country Park Ranger’! ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Park Manager Michael Wynne said: “Margam has a large variety of interesting locations to explore and the Discover Margam app is a great way to discover these. Make sure to download the app before the next time you visit the park!” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The Discover Margam app can be downloaded for free on Android and iPhone. It also contains general information on the park such as opening hours and travel information. For more information on the app, visit the information page here. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

As well as the points of interest, Margam is also steeped in history, wildlife and natural beauty with a variety of trails to explore and attractions for the children. There really is something for everyone. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
