Appeal For Information After Coed Eva Primary School Is Targeted By Criminals
Torfaen Council is appealing for witnesses after vandals caused around £2000 worth of damage at Coed Eva Primary School.
A number of windows were smashed and there was damage to the frames in which looks like an attempt to break into the building in the attack which is believed to have occurred sometime between 4.30pm on Wednesday 3rd August and 8.20am on Thursday 4th August 2016.
Councillor David Yeowell, executive member for education said: “This senseless vandalism is mindless and frustrating and the cost of repairs is a complete waste of taxpayers’ money that could otherwise have been spent on services, facilities and resources that could help people in our community.”
If anyone has any information, please report it to Gwent Police using the 101 number quoting log number: 100 04/08/16
