A COMMUNITY council is considering launching its own newsletter similar to a community Facebook page.
Cwmbran Community Councill considered how social media could help maximise publicity and marketing and it was suggested producing a newsletter could reach residents who do not use technology.
It was suggested the publication could be similar to the ‘Torfaen Talks’ community Facebook group that provides an online platform for residents to discuss anything Torfaen related or subjects that are topical.
The council will now devise a communications strategy. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
