Plans Considered to Convert Former Tennis Pavilion to Bungalow in Pontypool

PLANS to convert a former tennis pavilion to a bungalow are being considered by planners.
The disused timber covered building, named Ivy Dene on Old Penygarn Road in Penygarn, Pontypool could be converted to a two-bedroom bungalow.
The existing timber frame and cladding would also be replaced with traditional brickwork.
According to the application, submitted on behalf of James Petryna of Heath Park Crescent in Cardiff, there has been a residential property on the site that was last used around two years ago.  ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
