Share Your Top Recycling Tips For Recycling Week

Torfaen council is looking for the borough’s top recyclers to share their quirky ideas to reduce, reuse or recycle their waste. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Ideas can be anything from a simple and easy way to upscale old furniture, an idea for turning waste into a work of art, or simply a handy tip for sorting and storing recycling before a collection. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The top suggestions will be shared on the council’s social media pages during Recycle Week (12 – 18 September) to around 20,000 people. The people behind the ideas will also receive a shopping voucher. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
