Cardiff Motor Club Helps Fund Helicopter Missions

A Welsh motor club has raised lifesaving funds for Wales Air Ambulance by completing weekend rides in aid of the charity.
The Cardiff branch of the International Motor Cycle Action Group held weekend bike runs in aid of the Welsh helicopter charity.
The Cardiff bike group raised £1,000 for Wales Air Ambulance, helping the charity to fund its lifesaving missions.
Every year, Wales Air Ambulance needs to raise £6 million to fund its operations, which is one of the busiest and most advanced services of its kind in Europe.
The group presented their donation to Wales Air Ambulance volunteer Graham Hirst at Pembrey Country Park on March 20.
Mark Stevens, Wales Air Ambulance Fundraising Manager, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to the Cardiff branch of the International Motor Cycle Action Group.
“Their kind support will help to keep our helicopters flying.”
