Ceredigion Youth Council Meets Wales’s Children’s Commissioner

​Ceredigion County Council’s Youth Council met Sally Holland, Children’s Commissioner for Wales for the first time on Tuesday 12 April 2016 in Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa in Aberaeron. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Youth Council is made up of two young people from every secondary school, and other young people’s forums in the county, for example the Urdd Forum, Youth Service Forum, Young Farmers Club, Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training, Coleg Ceredigion, Tim Plant Anabl amongst others. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Youth Council will meet three times a year in the Council Chamber in Penmorfa, Aberaeron. The next meeting will meet on Tuesday 27 September at 6pm. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
