Conwy County Borough Council Launches Consultation On Draft Corporate Plan 2017-22
Last year, public sector organisations came together to launch the County Conversation to give citizens an opportunity to have their say on the development of public services in Conwy.
In the first County Conversation, people submitted lots of views about what was good about where they live and work, and ideas about where different organisations should focus their efforts over the coming years.
Conwy County Borough Council has a large part to play in the County Conversation and some of the ideas submitted are already being looked at through existing plans or strategies.
The Council has now drafted a 5-year Corporate Plan to address the key things that people felt to be most important. In the draft, eight main themes have been identified, each with a particular focus, and for the second County Conversation, which starts this week, we’d really like to hear what you think about the draft Corporate Plan.
This consultation ends on 2 May 2017.
Then following this year’s local government elections, your County Councillors will review all the comments submitted and the draft Corporate Plan. The aim is to publish the final approved Corporate Plan 2017-22 this Autumn.
