Fatality Following Serious Collision Near Pwllheli

One of the casualties involved in the two vehicle collision on A499 at Y Ffor, Pwllheli this afternoon (Wednesday July 20) has sadly died. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

At 15:45 North Wales Police were informed of a two vehicle collision on the A499 at Y Ffôr involving a silver coloured Volkswagen Polo and a white Ford Transit van. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The female front seat passenger in VW Polo was confirmed dead at the scene, and the driver and back seat passenger have been transferred to Ysbyty Gwynedd for treatment. The driver in the Ford Transit was uninjured. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
