Ghostly goings on in Rhyl
There were some ghostly goings on around the COB in Rhyl last week.
Thanks to PCSO Alex Aldous, PCSO Margo Brandrick and staff @ Rhyl Adventure Playground Association, people of all ages were able to enjoy a variety of activities including a camp fire with toasted marshmallows, hot dogs and last but not least a spooky ghost walk.
PCSO Aldous said: “It was good to engage with so many adults and children from the local community – both familiar faces and new faces, and we hope everyone had a great time!”
The aim of the BANG funded event was to not only to reduce demand on emergency services, but also to provide community reassurance and engagement.
“Working with children, young people and adults in the community is a way of breaking down barriers and providing reassurance that we are listening,” added PCSO Aldous.
“It was great to see so many people out and we look forward to having more events on the COB, as we further develop positive relations within the community.”
