Rhyl Murder Two More Arrested Overnight
A further two men have been arrested overnight in connection with the ongoing investigation into the murder of Mark Mason.
Mr Mason, 48, who was from Rhyl, died following an incident at a car park in Marsh Road at around 7.24pm on Thursday October 27th
Both the arrested men are from outside the North Wales area and are in custody in St Asaph.
This brings a total of four men currently in custody in relation to the investigation.
Two other people previously arrested have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Chief Inspector Jason Devonport said; “Our inquiries are ongoing and we are still keen to hear from the community of Rhyl and the surrounding areas.
“We know that the vehicle in which Mr Mark Mason was attacked was a Renault Kangoo, registration X213 HHN.
“The Kangoo was followed along Ffordd Las, Rhyl by a Black BMW X1 car, before being followed into the Home Bargains car park.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who may have information about the movements of the BMW X1.”
