Robbery At Rhyl Bargain Booze
Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at a Bargain Booze store in Rhyl.
The robbery happened at 8.15pm on Sunday 13th November when three masked men entered the store on Vale Road and threatened the shop assistants before making off with a quantity of cash.
One of the men is described as being in his early 20’s; 5’6”- 5’7” tall, with a local accent. He was wearing a dark ski mask covering his head, a dark grey hooded top & light coloured tracksuit bottoms with black gloves.
A second man was said to be in his early 20’s; 5’6”- 5’ 7” tall, with a local accent. He was also wearing a dark ski mask covering his face, with dark coloured outer jacket and dark tracksuit bottoms.
The third man is described as being slightly taller than the other two and spoke with a Liverpool accent. He was wearing a light coloured hooded top.
Detective Inspector Iwan Roberts said: “We believe the three males made off on foot in the direction of Victoria Road. We are appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity at the time of the incident and/or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area to contact police.”
No-one was injured, but the two shop assistants were left shocked by the incident.
