Prison Recall – 23 year old Mathew Welch

We’re appealing for information to locate 23 year old Mathew Welch from Newport who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 19th February 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Welch was sentenced for 6 years for an offence of possession of drugs with intent to supply. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that he was released on licence and breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
