Prison Recall: Rhys Colyer

We’re appealing for information to locate 24 year old Rhys Colyer from Newport who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 9th December 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Colyer was serving a 3 year 11 month prison sentence for burglary. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that Colyer, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison. It is believed that Colyer may have links in the Blackwood and Newbridge areas. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
