Thefts Of Number Plates – Caerphilly

Officers in the Caerphilly area are appealing for information following four vehicles having their number plates stolen over the last few days. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Between 17th and 19th June, number plates were stolen from a Renault van parked on Pontygwindy Road (log 365 19/06/16), a VW Crafter panel van on Standard Street, Trethomas (log 257 18/06/16) and a Renault Scenic and Renault Clio parked on Coed Y Brain Road, Llanbradach (log 54 17/06/16). ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Anyone with information relating to these thefts is asked to call 101 quoting the relevant log number. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Motorists are advised to park in a secure location/ garage if possible and in well-lit areas. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
