Green Dog Walkers Santapaws Walk

Torfaen’s Green Dog Walkers group are holding a Christmas guided walk around Garn Lakes on the morning of Saturday December 10th. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Led by Torfaen’s countryside officer, walkers will get a chance to chat about the myths and traditions of the festive season. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

They will also be able to sign up to Torfaen’s Green Dog Walker scheme which is a community led campaign to tackle dog fouling and promote responsible dog ownership. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The walk will finish at the Blaenavon Railway café with coffee and mince pies. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
