Advertising Students Work On Live Brief For Pringles
As part of their Live Brief module , Advertising Design second year students have just completed a project for Pringles alongside high profile creative London based agency, Isobar.
Isobar work with such global brands as Sony, Adidas, Kelloggs and Google Play , and the live brief was one of several which the students will get to creative industry experience as part of their course.
“We visited Isobar’s Central London studio for a tour and project briefing, and then some weeks later the students presented their work to the Isobar creative team on campus in Cardiff” commented Lee Thomas, course leader for Advertising Design.
“We’ve built this course on industry engagement and it continues to be the most important part of what we offer here at USW” said Lee, adding that “live briefs, work experience and agency visits are what make our graduates so employable”.
Since the brief, two students, Rebecca Rollings and Joe Williams have both been selected for summer placements at Isobar London after presenting their Pringles campaign ideas to the Isobar creative team led by Kevin Ferry, Senior Creative Director.
