Graphics Graduate Working For Cult LDN, London

Lewys Williams graduated from BA (Hons) Graphic Communication last year and is now working in the heart of east London at Cult LDN, which specialises in industry-leading digital communication. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Lewys explained why he was attracted to working for the company. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“From day one I was thrown into some huge projects for big brands . It’s been an incredible first month here. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“I learnt and picked up many skills and abilities whilst studying graphic communication at the University of South Wales, but those that have proved most helpful in industry have to be knowing that it’s OK to think differently as well as quickly and having varied software knowledge that surpasses what designers are expected to know.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Commenting on the course itself, Lewys added: “Without a doubt one of the best and unique aspects of the course has to be its ability to get you involved with real industry professionals, to not only teach you incredible skills to create and execute some awesome concepts but to gear you up for the creative industries.
