Two Appliances From Llanelli Called To A House Fire

On Saturday 18th June 2016, at 07:39pm, two appliances from Llanelli were called to a house fire in the town. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The fire was confined to the living room on the ground floor of the mid terrace house. Tragically a cat died. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Crews extinguished the fire using four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, two thermal imaging cameras and three positive pressure ventilation fans. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Firefighters left the scene at 09:43pm and an investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
