On Monday (06/03/17) Members of Conwy’s Principal Scrutiny Committee will be asked for their views on naming new Council offices in Colwyn Bay. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Members of the Committee will discuss the preferred option and their recommendation will then go before Cabinet on Tuesday 14 March. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The new offices at the junction of Conway Road and Coed Pella Road, Colwyn Bay are being developed on behalf of the Council by its development partner, Muse Developments and are due for completion in late 2018. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The preferred name for this modern town centre building is “Coed Pella” and this will be put to members of the Principal Overview & Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet for approval. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
