Meet the Buyer Event – Reminder

This summer, demolition of the existing 1970s office building located at Conwy Road and Coed Pella will begin – making way for a prestigious new development. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Work on site is expected to take about two years and the new building will become the Colwyn Bay offices for Conwy County Borough Council, replacing a number of existing offices sites. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Bowmer & Kirkland are delighted to take part of this exciting project and will be holding a Meet the Buyer event to identify local contractors who may wish to express an interest in one or more of the many work packages available. The Meet the Buyer event is to be held in the Hospitality Suites at Parc Eirias on Thursday 10th March. The doors open at 07:30hrs and will be ongoing throughout the day until 18:00hrs. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Contractors are invited to drop-in to express an interest and discuss with representatives from Bowmer & Kirkland how they can become involved in the project. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
