Work To Relocate Electricity Sub-Station
Colwyn Bay Regeneration and Office Accommodation Project
Muse Developments, the Council’s Development Partner for the Office Accommodation Project, has recently submitted the planning application for the new offices in Colwyn Bay.
If construction work on new office begins as anticipated in mid-2016 (subject to planning approval), it will be necessary to relocate the electricity sub-station currently sited in the Lansdowne Road Car Park.
Bowmer and Kirkland, the construction contractor working with Muse, intend to start this preparation work on Monday 18th April, 2016. The work to relocate the electricity sub-station is expected to take approximately 3 months and will take up about 20 car park spaces. However, the remainder of the car park will remain open as usual.
