Police were called to Mr Hill’s flat at 70 West Parade, Rhyl shortly before 2pm on Friday 8th January following the discovery of his body and following a post-mortem a murder enquiry was launched. Enquiries have revealed Liam was seen leaving Bar Bow on Water Street at around 6.30pm on Wednesday, January 6 before he walked up the street and turned left towards his home address on West Parade and was last seen at around 7.10pm within the communal area of his home address. This is the last confirmed sighting of Mr Hill and detectives are keen to trace anyone who saw him after this time. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Detective Supt Chesters added “I am certain the answer still lies within the local community and I would appeal to anyone with information to come forward. The visit of Liam’s family to the Incident Room and the meeting with staff has helped reinforce to the whole team just who we are working for and I am determined we establish exactly what happened to help bring them some peace”. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
