Free Activities At The South Mall

Free activities for all ages at the South Mall of the People’s Market whilst works takes place on the £4.5 million Oriel Wrecsam/People’s Market development. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

This Saturday there will be free face painting available for children and adults to enjoy between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Cllr Neil Rogers, Lead Member for Economic Development and Regeneration, said: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“The free activities will continue into the summer as work continues on this major development in the town centre. The first Saturday free activities took place in the Arcade it was very busy and we would like to see this continue. We are keen to support the South Arcade traders as much as we can and we are committed to ensuring the overall success of the development” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Traders currently in the Mall are: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

RKM Wools, Kendrick’s newsagents, Dexterity Ink, Gemini Blinds, Ring ‘n’ things, Wrexham Jewellery Repairs and Cafe in the Corner. All will remain open for business during the construction period ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
