Meeting With Health Chiefs Will Be Available To View On Webcast

Members of the public will have the chance to watch as councillors put their questions to senior officials at the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) with a live webcast from the Safeguarding, Communities and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee on Wednesday, January 18. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The meeting will start at 4pm, with the live webcast available via the council’s website at: http://wrexham.public-i.tv/core/portal/home ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The meeting is one of two each year, where representatives from the Health Board attend to answer questions posed by local members and discuss health matters with them. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The meeting will cover updates on implementation of the Board’s Special Measures Programme; Community and Primary Care Facilities; GP services in Wrexham and plans for recruitment. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
