Cwmcarn Forest has been awarded the 2016 Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor.
Now in its sixth year, the award celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on Trip Advisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include attractions and tourist destinations located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality and quantity of reviews submitted by travellers on Trip Advisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on Trip Advisor for at least 12 months.
Cllr. Ken James, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning & Sustainable Development said: “This is a much deserved award for Cwmcarn Forest. The staff all work hard to ensure that visitors receive great customer service, and I’m pleased to see that this has been recognised by the visitors themselves who leave positive feedback on Trip Advisor.”
