Cllr Ken James, Cabinet Member for Planning, Regeneration and Sustainable Development said: “I am delighted that Llancaiach Fawr Manor has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. This is testament to the fantastic facilities available at Llancaiach Fawr, as well as the brilliant service delivered by committed staff at the manor. Llancaiach Fawr is a 16th century manor house built circa 1550 for Dafydd ap Richard. Today, the manor house has been restored and furnished as it would have been in 1645 when King Charles I visited Llancaiach Fawr. All furnishings in the rooms are accurate reproductions of items from the 16th and 17th centuries. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
