Appeal For Witnesses After An RTC And Fail To Stop In Bettws, Newport.

We are appealing for information following an RTC where a driver failed to stop on Leach Road in Bettws, Newport. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The incident occurred around 5:00pm on 23rd September 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The driver failed to stop after hitting a parked vehicle and then made off. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

It’s reported there with four males in the vehicle who are being described as young, with one around 5ft 10 in height, black hair short on the side and wearing a black tracksuit. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Another if described as around 5ft 4 inches tall wearing a burgundy tracksuit top and dark grey jogging bottoms. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
