Fatal road traffic collision, Talbot Green; Family Tribute

The victim of a fatal road traffic collision which happened at around 2.00am on Saturday 30th January has been named as Sean Topping-Morris, 33, from Pentyrch near Cardiff. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Sean’s family has paid the following tribute to him: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“As a family, we are deeply saddened by the loss of our loving son. Sean will be dearly missed by his Mum and Dad, his sisters Emma and Amy-Rose and his brother Barry.
“Sean was a loving and devoted father to his three beautiful children, Courtney, aged eight, Harry, aged six and four year old Oscar.”
South Wales Police is continuing to appeal for information following the collision which involved a white Vauxhall Vivaro van on the southbound carriageway of the A4119, between the entrance to Talbot Green Retail Park and what is known locally as Matalan roundabout.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or any one with information to contact the Eastern Roads Policing team on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting reference number 1600033099. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
