Pontypool Active Living Centre Are Hosting A Careers Fair In The Main Sports Hall

On Thursday 2 February, 2pm – 6:30pm, Pontypool Active Living Centre are hosting a careers fair in the main sports hall aimed at providing jobs and career information for young people leaving school and young adults in Torfaen. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

There will be a number of employers, training and education providers in attendance as well as a number of support organisations providing advice and guidance and help for all that attend the event. A number of the organisations will have interactive stands for people to have a go at certain activities and to broaden their knowledge of key jobs and what might be entailed. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The event is open to anyone who needs jobs and career information and guidance, including young people leaving school or unemployed adults. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
