Two Young Kittens Dumped In A Tied Plastic Bag In Porthmadog Bin
RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after two kittens were dumped in a tied-up plastic bag in Porthmadog.
The two black and white kittens were discovered after their cries were heard. They were found in the plastic bag in the bin on Sunday (26 June) at 9.30am near the Harbour Masters Office in Porthmadog.
RSPCA inspector Mark Roberts said: “The kittens are about seven to eight weeks-old and are in good health.
“They have now been taken into our care and are doing well despite their awful ordeal.
“It is just shocking what has happened. These kittens must have been so frightened when they were left in this bin and in a tied plastic bag.
“We’re investigating this incident and we urge anyone with any information to contact us on the RSPCA inspectorate appeal line on 0300 123 8018. Calls are treated in confidence.”
The kittens are not yet available rehoming, but once they are we will let everyone know.
