Fail To Stop Road Traffic Collision – Risca

We would like to identify and speak with this man following a fail to stop road traffic collision that occurred on Commercial Street, Risca at approximately 10pm on 21st May 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The collision involved a silver Seat Ibiza which failed to stop at the scene and a motorcyclist. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
