Prison Recall – Justin Heggie – Caerphilly

We’re appealing for information to locate 20 year old Justin Heggie from Caerphilly who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 23rd December 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Heggie was serving a 3 month 20 day prison sentence for common assault. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that Heggie, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
