Carmarthen And Kidwelly Crews Attend Medically Trapped Casualty At Idole

On Monday 7th June 2016 at 11:27am, crews from Carmarthen and Kidwelly responded to a call of a casualty medically trapped at a property near Idole, Carmarthen. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The casualty was trapped in the rear of a pick-up truck. Fire crews stabilised the vehicle and made it safe before assisting the Ambulance crew in extracting the casualty. A spine board and chocks and blocks were in use. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Police were in attendance. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Fire crews left the scene at 12:36pm. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
